    The graphic designer is a key member of Wilson Daniels creative services team. This person is responsible for creating high-quality, innovative and dynamic print and digital collateral and point of sale materials for the 35-plus brands within the Wilson Daniels portfolio as well as for the company. This role will primarily support the Wilson Daniels sales and wholesale teams. Other areas of responsibility include support to the other members of the creative services team and management of collateral/point of sale inventory.

    This person must be able to establish priorities with competing deadlines and effectively manage details of multiple projects at once. This person will be encouraged to seek new design methods, identify trends and derive solutions that will ultimately enhance Wilson Daniels image and reinforce our position as a leader in the luxury wine category.



    • Primarily work with sales and wholesale teams to create invitations, tasting mats/booklets, sell sheets, press/acclaim Sheets, fact sheets, retail POS and sales packets
    • Other design projects such as advertisements, tasting cards, packaging, infographics, etc.
    • Work directly with the sales team to address creative feedback and obtain approvals
    • Work closely with the creative services project manager in planning and execution
    • Work closely with VP of Marketing to prioritize
    • Responsible for adhering to brand standards for each brand within the Wilson Daniels portfolio, as well as for the company itself, maintaining visual appearance and brand style continuity
    • Responsible for projects from initial concept to final art, including creation of print-ready mechanical files; attend press checks as needed
    • Plan time and projects to ensure a successful balance of cost, quality and meeting deadlines
    • Edit/retouch all images for department
    • Print/assemble sales kits
    • Organize/manage inventory of point of sale/collateral materials
    • Support VP of Marketing with other design projects as needed



    • Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, graphic design, wine marketing or related field (or 5 to 7 years related work experience)
    • Three years of graphic design experience
    • Must be proficient in the Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and Microsoft Office
    • Wine industry experience required
    • Experience with print-related vendors
    • Ability to establish priorities with competing deadlines and effectively manage details of multiple projects at once
    • Ability to work with all levels and departments within the company in a professional manner
    • Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment
    • Design materials that accurately reflect the desired message and effectively express information
    • Willing to think outside the box and bring new ideas to the table
    • A passion for acquiring new knowledge and following the latest trends and developments in design and technology
